You Are What You Think

I can’t learn a language; I’m too old. I can’t become a CEO; I didn’t study enough.  I can’t play sports; I’m not coordinated. I can’t move to a different country; I don’t have courage.  Choose wisely what you feed your mind. You are what you think.

Above all, you are what you think.

Therefore, you are the books you read, the movies you watch, the music you listen to, the people you spend time with, the conversations you hold.  Choose wisely what you feed your mind.

As a result, you are the news you state, the FB post you share, the social media you agree with, the activities you do.  Choose wisely what you feed your mind.

Most importantly, you are what you think.

Be conscious of your thoughts.  What you feed your mind is how you think

You may think that your ideas are unique; you may feel that you are always correct.

Remember just because you think you are right does not mean, I am wrong. It means you only haven’t seen life through my lens.  Before you judge, choose wisely what you feed your mind.

Consequently, our biases, stereotypes, and prejudice all come from what we feed our mind.

In short, be bold – think for yourself.

In conclusion, you are what you think.

Choose wisely what you feed your mind.
